Senior Partnerships Manager – US Market

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Partnerships Manager with deep US B2B SaaS expertise to lead and execute our partnership strategy, from tech integrations to channel relationships. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and knows how to turn partnerships into pipeline.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritize, and recruit high impact partnerships in the US SaaS ecosystem (integration partners, resellers, agencies, consultants etc.).
  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Launch initiatives and build scalable partner sourced lead gen processes.
  • Manage Relationships: Own the end-to-end relationship: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing performance management/optimization.
  • Align with GTM: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure partnerships support pipeline, product roadmap and brand goals.
  • Operate Autonomously: You’ll be our go to partnerships expert for the US and trusted to hit the ground running.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, with a strong IC track record (pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue).
  • You’ve successfully launched and scaled partner programs (reseller, referral, tech integrations, agencies, etc.) that drove measurable impact.
  • You have a strong grasp of the US SaaS ecosystem, including key players, go-to-market trends, and buyer behavior.
  • You’re a self-starter who can take an idea from concept to implementation, including outreach, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling tech or channel partnerships.
  • A builder’s mindset which is strategic but also hands on and execution focused.
  • Great communicator, negotiator, and relationship manager.
