- Eligibility:
- Employees with at least six months of continuous service are eligible for study leave. Part-time employees are also eligible on a pro-rated basis.

- Paid Study Leave: For full-time studies directly related to the job, with approval based on the organization’s needs.

- Application Process:
- Employees must submit a written application at least 30 days before the intended start date, including proof of course acceptance and other required documentation. Approval will be based on business needs and job requirements.

- Paid study leave may be granted for up to 12 months, with unpaid leave potentially extending beyond this limit. Employees are eligible for study leave once every three years, with a cumulative maximum of 24 months.

- Reimbursement:
