We’ve reached 1,000+ customers and are entering a new stage of growth. To fuel this momentum, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who owns paid acquisition end-to-end, moves fast, and uses AI to work smarter.
What You’ll Own
- GTM Systems & Automation (Your Core Focus): Build and maintain the infrastructure that finds, qualifies, and connects us with high-potential customers – from lead enrichment to automated outreach to CRM workflows
- PLG-to-Sales Engine: Turn product usage signals into automated outbound workflows that convert active users into paying customers
- Outbound Strategy: Design, test, and optimize the full cycle: data enrichment → trigger identification → messaging → sequencing → conversion
- Stack Integration: Connect and automate our GTM tools (CRM, enrichment, outreach, AI platforms) to eliminate manual work
- Data Quality: Own CRM cleanliness and governance so Sales and Marketing work from a reliable single source of truth
- Tool Evaluation: Test and implement new GTM automation and AI tools that improve team efficiency
- Sales Enablement: Build scrappy scripts, playbooks, demos, and tools that help Sales move faster and close more deals
- GTM Experiments: Run rapid tests across channels, data sources, and messaging to find what scales
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years in growth ops, sales ops, marketing ops, or RevOps in B2B SaaS – you’ve built systems that scaled
- Technical comfort with GTM tools: CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment platforms (Clay etc.), outreach tools (Lemlist/Instantly), automation platforms (Zapier/Make/n8n)
- Data-driven and operationally rigorous – you obsess over clean data, reliable processes, and measurable outcomes
- Scrappy builder mentality – you ship fast with what’s available (spreadsheets, workflows, scripts)
- AI-first mindset – you default to “how can I automate this?” before doing it manually
- Strong cross-functional collaborator – you translate between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth
- Experimentation mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, testing, iterating, and learning by doing
- Bonus: PLG experience, SQL/Python basics, BI tools (Metabase/Looker), startup background
