You can enter and will be able to see;

• Function title: What is the position called. For example, Customer Support Agent, Marketing Manager, Field Technician,…
• Responsibilities: What are the responsibilities that come with the position? –> add them here.
• Employees: Select the team members that have this position. One or multiple.
• Department: Select or creat a department
• Reports to / Top Level: Who does this person report to or if they are C-level you can choose Top Level. If the position they report to does not show up, you will first have to create that position. 

You can easily update your own profile picture in your profile settings on Whale. You can’t do this for other team members but you easily share the underneath steps with them!

1. Navigate to your profile settings via the icon in the bottom left corner.

2. Click on change to select a profile pictuere from your hard drive.
