EOS®

EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is a comprehensive business system that integrates a holistic business model with simple business tools. Its proven processes align all the pieces of a business to produce the desired results.

The EOS® framework helps management teams grasp the different aspects of operating and growing a business. The model illustrates the Six Key Components™ of any company that must be managed and strengthened to be a great business.

  1. Vision
  2. People
  3. Data
  4. Issues
  5. Process
  6. Traction

The idea for Whale was born when our founder Gary Vanbutsele adopted the EOS® system in a former company he had founded. They were so excited by the approach but felt that systemizing the data portion of the model needed a tool for efficiency and scale.

We’ve put together a variety of resources related to EOS® to support you on your entrepreneurial journey. Below you’ll find the most recent posts from the Whale Blog
