Plenty of people sign up. Turning more of them into paying customers, and building the system that does it on repeat, is where you come in. That’s the job.

🚀 What You’ll Own

  • Activation and lifecycle. Own the email and in-app flows that take a signup from first login to active to paying. Hunt down the drop-offs and fix them.
  • Conversion experiments. Own the signup flow and run tests that move free to paid. Keep what works, cut what doesn’t.
  • The growth engine. Wire up automations and AI agents (HubSpot, n8n) so the repetitive work runs itself.
  • Be AI-native for real. Use AI to produce and ship at a volume that normally takes a whole team.
  • Own your numbers. Report what moved every week. No vanity metrics.

✅ You’re a fit if you

  • Have run growth or lifecycle marketing in B2B SaaS and can show what you moved.
  • Are genuinely AI-native. You reach for AI before doing things by hand, and can show what you’ve built with it.
  • Are technical enough to wire your own stack (HubSpot, automations, analytics) without waiting on engineering.
  • Ship tests and read the results without hand-wringing.
  • Move fast and finish. You’d rather ship and iterate than polish forever.
  • Write clear, human copy that converts.
  • Stay organized with a lot in flight.
