We’ve reached 1,000+ customers and are entering a new stage of growth. To accelerate our acquisition engine, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, moves with speed, and brings an AI-first mindset to everything they do.
🚀 What You’ll Own
- Paid Advertising: Own and manage paid media accounts end-to-end, running and optimizing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Manage email marketing in HubSpot, from newsletters to nurture campaigns.
- Create and optimize landing pages (Elementor or HubSpot), running structured A/B tests to improve conversion.
- Drive SEO performance (including GEO-specific strategies) using AI-driven keyword and content research.
- Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and accelerate creative production.
- Brief and collaborate with designers, editors, and partners to scale campaigns.
- Report learnings weekly and share clear next steps.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to run campaigns that delivered leads or pipeline.
- AI-first mindset: you ask “how can I do this faster with AI?” before doing it manually.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for ads, landing pages, and emails.
- Experience with HubSpot marketing tools (required).
- SEO knowledge, including GEO-specific strategies.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and CRO.
- Basic design skills (e.g., AI tools, Figma/Canva) or ability to collaborate closely with designers.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works with autonomy.
