Every view can be filtered by person, team, board, playbook, or date range. You can see which SOPs are most read, which are stale, who finished training and who didn’t, how people scored on quizzes, what your team is searching for, and which searches return no results. Each chart drills down to the underlying list of users or content so you always move from a number to a specific name or SOP in one click.
Yes. Open any teammate’s profile and you get their full record. Which SOPs they have read, which assignments are open or overdue, how they scored on every quiz, their training flow completion, and their recent search activity. This is the view managers use to run one-on-ones and spot who needs coaching before a mistake happens. You can also group by team or role to compare completion rates across departments, which is the fastest way to find a manager whose team is falling behind on a new process rollout.
Yes. Every analytics view can be exported to CSV or JSON. Exports run asynchronously and land in your inbox, so large workspaces don’t time out. Content can also be exported to PDF for audit packs. CSV and JSON exports are available on the Scale plan and above. Teams in regulated industries use the exports to prove training completion for compliance reviews. Leadership teams use them to pull quarterly adoption numbers without waiting on a Whale admin. If you need a recurring export on a schedule, that is on the roadmap today.
Search Analytics logs every query your team types into Whale, including the ones that return zero results and the ones where nobody clicks a result. Zero-result queries are the clearest signal of what to build next, because a teammate was looking for an SOP that does not exist yet. No-click searches tell you when an SOP exists but the title or structure is not matching intent. Top queries show which processes your team needs most often, which is useful for prioritizing CoPilot rules and training flow content.
